Actual (Ship) Wt: 

The number to appear first is the actual or physical weight of one selling unit. The number shown in parenthesis is the dimensional weight of the product, or the shipping weight if shipped by itself. (ie. BX-53WK 8 (14) has a physical weight of 8 lbs however when shipped via UPS or Fed Ex, ground or air, the shipping weight is dimensional at 14 lbs.)

 

Damages: 

All claims must be reported within 15 days of receipt of shipment to our Customer Service Department. When reporting damages, be sure to hold all containers and packaging materials for inspection.

 

Freight Charges: 

All stock orders are shipped F.O.B. from our Shakopee, Minnesota warehouse. Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped Fed Ex Ground Prepaid & Add or by Common Carrier. All charge backs incurred due to incorrect  information will be the responsibility of the distributor. 3rd Party  or Collect shipments will incur a $4.50 handling charge.

 

Residential vs Commercial: 

UPS & Federal Express orders must be designated as commercial or residential. If not designated, we will use our discretion and make the determination. Residential charge backs will be the responsibility of the distributor.

 

Returns: 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of shipment. They will make arrangements for the return and provide a replacement or credit your account. All returns require a return authorization number. Product received must be in resalable condition, complete case packs, & original packaging. Return freight and call tag charges are the responsibility of the returning party. Non-defective returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%.

 

Split Shipments: 

Starting with the 3rd location, multiple locations incur $10.00 charge per location. Quantities other than full cases/selling units will incur additional charges.
