Approvals:

Signed sales order acknowledgements & proof approvals must both be received before lead-time can begin. If received by 9 am CST, it counts as day one. Please carefully check all details on both the art/placement proof as well as the acknowledgment since a signature confirms the accuracy of all information and is an agreement to all changes stated.  

Artwork:

We can accept pdf, ai, or eps files. Artwork must be vector and outlined.  Jpeg artwork will not provide quality printing in one color printing or multi-color hot stamp or flex printing. Changes made to supplied artwork will be billed at $60 per hour with $15 minimum charge.  We can print up to 45 line screen in Flexo and up to 100 line screen in Screen Printing.  In Hot Stamping half tones (screened effect) do not appear the way they do in ink.  Instead a half tone adds texture to the solid foil impression.  

We can accept jpg files for printing 4-color process, 600 dpi is recommended. Though 300 dpi can be used there will be a reduction in quality.

Changes: 

 Since we process plain stock orders in 24 hours, once an order is received changes may not be possible. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Credit Cards: 

 Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit cards can be accepted as payment. The credit card transaction will occur at the time the order is placed. Special pricing and  special terms are not available on credit card transactions. 

Email Notification: 

Provide us with a primary email address and receive tracking information regarding your shipment via UPS or Fed-Ex. Only one email address can be programmed per account.

Hot Stamping Ribbon:

 This process uses a metal plate in combination with heat, pressure & duration to transfer the foil to the surface of the product, leaving the desired impression.  The plate is kept on file for future use.  Foil colors can be metallic, matte, or gloss.  Printing colors are limited to available foil from our suppliers.  Multiple color printing can be accomplished however foil should not overlap.

Proofs:

Up to 2 proofs (per size) are included with each order. Additional proofs will incur a $15 charge per proof.  Please check all details on proofs carefully as electronic artwork does not always transfer consistently and minor changes can occur..

Rush Orders:

A 25% up-charge of the printing price (minimum of $50) will be applied to any order requesting a quicker ship date than current lead time allows. Additional charges to air freight new plates for hot stamping may be required. Rush charges are subject to changes due to production schedule and time of year. In the 1st & 2nd quarters of the year, quicker lead times may be available with no additional up-charge.  Call customer service to inquire. 

Special Orders: 

All non-stock or special order product is not eligible for non-defective return. Special Orders are considered final and can only be cancelled if done within 48 hours of receipt of purchase order. In some cases, a return with a re-stocking fee can be arranged with the manufacturer however that is subject to their approval.

Standard Lead Times:

We strive year round to provide a seven to ten business day lead time. Lead times are subject to fluctuations in machine capacity and product availability. The total quantity of impressions will also effect lead times. Please check with customer service if you’re planning on using more than one color.
